To insure our customers satisfaction we welcome returns pending the product is unopened and unused with the exception of electronic diffusers that may be defective. If your diffuser is defective you can return it within the 10 day grace period. We accept all unopened and unused products within 10 days of the purchase date. We will not be able to honor a return after the 10 day grace period.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Once an item is ordered and paid for, please allow 1-4 business days for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Remember, a lot of our products are handcrafted items so they are at the peak of freshness when you get them! This can include making, infusing, bottling, labeling, and shipping. Some of the products that are handmade take a little longer to make than mass-produced ones. Let us know if you need an item by a specific date and we will always make it a priority to try to accommodate your needs.
